Quick answers
Does it really cost nothing?
Yes — the health check and any demonstration are free. You only spend money if you decide something is worth buying.
Is my system too old or too modest?
No. Vintage separates, hand-me-downs, charity-shop finds — if it plays music, we’re happy to look at it.
Will you push me to buy something?
We’ll tell you what we’d do in your position, including when the answer is to change nothing. If an upgrade is worth it, you’ll hear the difference yourself before spending anything.
What if it needs repairing rather than upgrading?
That happens — sometimes a service is worth more than a new box. Have a look at our repairs service.
