Before you book
How long should I allow?
A demonstration is a two-hour appointment — dedicated listening time, and nobody is waiting to hurry you along. A discovery call is a relaxed twenty minutes on the phone at a time you choose.
What should I bring?
Music you know well — vinyl, CDs or a playlist on your phone all work. Familiar music tells you more than any specification sheet.
Is there any obligation?
None. A demonstration is about helping you find the right system in your own time — if that is not with us today, that is absolutely fine.
Should I start with the call or the demonstration?
If you’re weighing up whether the trip is worth it, start with the call — twenty minutes on the phone, and we’ll tell you honestly whether a demonstration would help. If you already know you want to listen, book the demonstration.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Often, yes — hearing your own amplifier or speakers alongside possible partners tells you a lot. Mention it when we call before your visit and we’ll have the space and the right connections ready.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Your confirmation email has links to reschedule or cancel in a couple of clicks — or just phone us. Plans change; no explanation needed.
