Every pre-owned item here has been through the showroom: we check it works as it should, grade its condition honestly, and list exactly what comes with it — box, remote, manual, accessories and, where it applies, a warranty. The price on the card is simply what we’re selling it for.
Everything is sold from the showroom, so you can hear it before you buy — arrange a listening appointment, or use the “Ask about this item” button on any card and we’ll come back to you. Good pieces go quickly; a “Reserved” badge means someone already has first refusal.

How Buying Pre-owned From Us Works
Checked before it’s listed
Each piece is tested in the showroom and listed with an honest condition grade — Excellent, Very good, Good or Fair — so you know what you’re looking at before you visit.
What’s included, exactly
The card tells you what comes with it: original box, remote control, manual, accessories, and whether a warranty is included. If it isn’t listed, it isn’t included.
Hear it, then decide
It’s sold from the showroom, so you can listen first — on its own, or side by side with something new — and take your time over it.
Pre-owned Questions, Answered
Do pre-owned items come with a warranty?
Where an item includes a warranty, the card says so. Ask us about the cover on any piece you’re interested in — we’ll be straight with you about what is and isn’t included.
Can I hear it before I buy?
Yes. Arrange a demonstration and mention the item, and we’ll have it connected up when you arrive — alongside anything else you’d like to compare it with.
Can I part-exchange my own equipment?
Yes — trade-ins are welcome against pre-owned or new equipment. Tell us what you have and we’ll value it towards whatever you choose.
What does “Reserved” mean?
Someone has first refusal on it. If it becomes available again it will show as Available; once an item is sold it comes off this page straight away.
