Even the finest equipment will disappoint if it’s poorly positioned, badly cabled or left uncalibrated. Speaker placement alone can transform how a system sounds — and getting it right takes experience, a trained ear and a little patience.
Our installation service handles all of it: siting your speakers for the best balance of detail and bass, managing cable runs neatly, matching and connecting components, and making the final adjustments through careful listening in your room.

How our installation service works
- Consultation. We discuss your system, your room and how you want to use it — in the showroom or at your home.
- Placement & cabling. Speakers and components are positioned for the best sound and integrated tidily into your space.
- Calibration. We check positioning, alignment, levels and manufacturer settings, then make the final adjustments through careful listening in your room, with familiar music.
- Handover. We show you how to get the best from your system and make sure you’re completely comfortable with it.
- Afterwards. Once you’ve lived with the system, we remain available for questions and further adjustment where appropriate.
Planning your installation
Worth thinking about beforehand
A few things make for a smoother, better result: where the system will sit, how cables can be routed, nearby power, and any furniture or equipment support it will stand on. If you’re adding a turntable, correct cartridge alignment is essential — and something we handle as standard.

Included with your system
For higher-end systems, installation is often included as part of the package. For lower-priced items a modest fee may apply. We’ll always be clear about what’s involved and what it costs before any work begins — and if you’d simply like advice on doing it yourself, we’re glad to help with that too.
