Duncan, our Hi-Fi Specialist & Founder, has spent his working life around hi-fi and home cinema, running a Shropshire custom installation business since 2006. When you make the trip from Cheshire, he’s the one who’ll greet you, put the kettle on, and take the time to understand what you actually want from your music. Honest opinions, relaxed demonstrations and not a hint of sales pressure — that’s how he likes to work.

From Whitchurch on the Cheshire border we’re about half an hour down the A49; Malpas and Nantwich are around forty-five minutes, Crewe about fifty, and Chester roughly the hour — and the trip earns you a private listening appointment with systems prepared before you arrive. See what’s currently on demonstration, and for more substantial systems we arrange home demonstrations across south and west Cheshire. Cheshire has good hi-fi shops of its own — the reason people make the trip is the particular mix we carry, from Icon Audio valve amplifiers to Musical Fidelity’s Nu-Vista range, and the unhurried way we demonstrate it.
